DESIGN / ENGINEERING
Custom Finishers employs a team of design professionals capable of initial concept design and or design specifications. Many of the most recognizable brands and sign programs are a result of our consultation. We have the capacity to produce branding packages for any size program or need. Custom Finishers employs an in house engineering department with licenses in all 50 states. Our engineering department offers value engineering alternatives specific to our client’s needs.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Project Management is the nucleus of our company. Our team is highly skilled and trained to manage projects efficiently and cost effectively. We understand that attention to detail and communication has a direct correlation to the success of a project or program. Throughout the project lifecycle, each task is compared to the baseline schedule and communicated with our client. We understand that a project has many due dates throughout the process and we work diligently to insure all dates and commitments are upheld.
Consult with client to determine their needs and goals. Based on consultation a work scope is outlined.
Review local code parameters to see how it relates to our clients needs and communicate accordingly.
Prepare drawing, proposal and deliverables schedule and review with client.
Align all necessary resources and communicate project goals clearly to insure a successful project implementation.
Implement the project and ALWAYS communicate with the client.
INSTALLATION
Custom Finishers employs highly skilled installers and maintains a vast fleet of crane trucks and service vehicles. From high-rise locations to pylon signs, our staff will perform a flawless installation. In addition, our network of pre-qualified partners strategically placed throughout the country allows us to handle our client’s project on a national scale. All of Custom Finisher’s partners go through a 3-step approval process and are all insured and bonded. Our field service representatives are dispatched for any job requiring additional on site field supervision. Our technicians have proven to be especially valuable in movie theatre installations due to the complexity, volume of signage/ neon and coordination between multiple construction trades.
